Keep clear of the cables and all moving parts when machine is in use.
Always make sure all Snap Links are closed when doing cable/pulley/strap exercises.
Exercise with care. Perform your exercises at a smooth moderate pace; never perform jerky
or uncoordinated movements that may cause injury.
It is recommended that you workout with a training partner.
Do not allow children or minors to play on or around this equipment.

Some pieces may have extra holes that you will not use. Use

alignment and adjustment is critical. While

room for adjustments.
Follow these installation requirements when assembling
the PGM200X: NOTE: The bottles that are marked “Poison” is your
touch up paint. Keep away from children.
Set up the PGM200X on a solid, fl at surface. A smooth,
fl at surface under the machine helps keep it level.
Provide ample space around the machine. Open space
around the machine allows for easier access.
For aesthetic purposes, insert all bolts in the same
direction unless specifi ed (in text or illustrations) to do
otherwise.
Leave room for adjustments. Tighten fasteners such as
bolts, nuts, and screws so the unit is stable, but leave
room for adjustments. Do not fully tighten fasteners until
instructed in the assembly steps to do so.

2C. attach chest pad (M) to adjust frame (F) using:

2D. slide adjust frame (F) into vertical frame (E) and fix
the position using pop pin (#20).
2E. attach leg pad (L) to mainframe (A) using:

3A. lay the two glide bars of sliding frame (G) on a flat
surface and affix connect frame (H) in the center of
the glide bars of sliding frame (G).
3B. position four 35mm rollers (#8) between r-foot plate (J)
and connect frame (H) and secure this assembly using
toat al of:
- (4# 34) M8X50mm hex head bolt
- (8# 51) M8 washer
- (4# 41) M8 nylon lock nut
- (8# 60) M12 spacer
3C. position four 35mm rollers (#8) between l-foot plate (K)
and connect frame (H) and secure this assembly using
a tot al of:
- (4# 34) M8X50mm hex head bolt
- (8# 51) M8 washer
- (4# 41) M8 nylon lock nut
- (8# 60) M12 spacer
3D. attach the entire assembled sliding frame (G) to
base frame (B) using:
